Background

Rectangles inside of groups can be used as a background or as sizing

The Use as Background option is available to Rectangles inside of groups. Use a rectangle to set the background color, border color, corner radius or drop shadow of a group. A rectangle can also be used to set the bounding box of a group.

To set the background styles of a group:

• Add a Rectangle to the group

• Style the Rectangle

• Select the Use as Background checkbox in the Element Options

The styles will be transferred to the group.

To set the size and position of a group with a rectangle:

• Add a Rectangle to the group

• Size the Rectangle

• Uncheck the Export option
