# Centering the page

Centering the page

Sometimes a design is smaller than a users available browser space. 

The centering options allow you to center the page horizontally or vertically.

You can add a global style to set the background of the page or design your artboard in a way that there is no white-space from centering. 

You can use the [Scaling](/web-export/export-artboard-dialog/scale-to-fit.md) options to fill the available space.
