Buttons to move from element to element

In the Element Options panel there are 3 additional buttons that allow you to select sibling elements.

The previous button selects the previous element, the next button selects the next element and the down to the right button drills into a group and selects the first descendent of a group.

These are convenience buttons meant to make it easier to work in the panel.
